DC practices are typically space-constrained, heavily credentialed, and specialty-concentrated. All three change how a service visit runs. Access takes longer to arrange than the work itself, equipment is packed into smaller rooms, and the device mix skews toward specialty rather than general.
DC work is scheduled into planned windows and we confirm building access requirements up front, because that is what usually determines whether a visit happens on time.
Getting a technician through the door legitimately is often the longest part of the job. Symplr and IntelliCentrics enrollment, immunization records, training and background screening are all things we can put in place before the first visit rather than on the day.
A Business Associate Agreement is available and can be executed before the first service event for any device that stores or transmits patient information.
Tell us the make and model. We will say plainly whether it is in scope, and we do not take imaging tickets. CT, MRI and fluoroscopy belong with the OEM or an imaging specialist, and we will point you to the right party.
